The Card Application form must be accompanied by :

a)   A copy of a valid Government issued Identification with your photograph.

b)   A copy of a Utility Bill (no older than three months) where the address matches the
address that you have used on your Card Application form. Your name does not
need to be on the Utility Bill, the address on that Utility Bill is required to
match the address that you selected).

To apply for your Card, the completed and signed Card Application form (with the supporting documentation) may be either faxed, scanned and E Mailed or it may be posted to us.

We can only process applications that are clear and legible.

Once we receive your application, you will receive an E Mail from us advising you of our bank wiring instructions for you to make your first deposit to your card account.

Upon receipt of your first deposit, your card (along with your ATM PIN Number and your Web PIN Number, to access your card account online); will be issued immediately and sent to you by FedEx, the tracking number will be E Mailed to you. Please note that your first deposit* may be as low as US$250 but should not exceed US$10,000.

We do not issue your Card until we are in receipt of your first deposit.

When you have received your Card by FedEx, you advise us by E Mail (see “Activate your Card” section), your first deposit* will then be immediately credited to your Card and your card activated. This is done to protect you from any unauthorized use should your Card be lost or stolen in transit to you.

* The card application fee of US$125 and the cost of the courier charges (to FedEx your card to you), will be deducted from the amount of your first deposit.
