Once you have submitted a wire transfer to us, it is imperative that you E Mail us immediately (load@fortresscards.com) to advise us of the following information :

• The amount that you remitted

• The Bank from which you remitted the funds

• The Account Name at your Bank from where you remitted the funds

• The Reference that you gave your bank for the wire transfer

On all wire transfers, please use either your Card Number or your Name as a Reference on your transfer instructions to your bank in order for us to process your deposit without delays.

Please be advised that amounts sent to fund your card from time to time should not less than US$250; and not more than US$25,000.

We will not credit your card with an amount of greater than US$25,000 in any month.

We do not (at this time) permit our cardholders’ to hold in excess of US$25,000 on their cards at any time.

We will not credit an amount greater than US$10,000 a day, should you wire an amount greater than US$10,000, we will only apply an amount of US$10,000 to your card, on each working day.

Funds will be applied to your card within 24 hours after receipt of your wire transfer.

Please note that we only accept checks drawn on a banking account in the United States of America. All checks will be subject to a 21 day clearance period prior to being credited to your Card.

We are investigating other money transfer solutions in order for cardholders to fund their cards, but at this time, the alternatives are too costly for our cardholders.
